So who's in charge?
On IRC, moderators are referred to as 'operators' (or 'OP's for short). They are here to keep the peace as well as making sure the rules are followed.
Remember this channel has many operators some of which are hidden and visible. The OPs are all regulars to the channel and will be more than willing to assist in any questions or concerns that you have about the room or other users.
